Okazaki Go is a mangaka specializing in shojo who, with the invaluable help of his assistant Yusuke, spends his days inventing stories that resonate deeply with his readers. However, on the same day that he accidentally discovers that Yusuke is gay, his editor proposes that he draw BL manga. Okazaki accepts the challenge, but quickly finds himself at a dead end: he can't think of good ideas for the plot. Finally, Okazaki decides to pretend that he has platonic feelings for his assistant to stimulate his imagination and thus create a good story. But… what if those feelings became real?
